Trex IPTV terms of service

Last updated 22 September 2026

1. Which orders these terms govern

These terms govern subscriptions ordered on trex.iptv.ad. Those orders carry a number beginning TRXA-, and that number is what identifies the agreement between us. A subscription bought from a reseller or from any other site is governed by whatever that seller published, not by this page. Placing an order here means accepting what follows.

2. What the subscription is

You are buying access to a streaming line for a fixed term, delivered as credentials rather than as hardware: a server address with a username and password, or a portal address bound to a MAG box MAC address. The term and the number of simultaneous connections are the two things you choose and the two things you are held to. Exceeding the connection count does not raise a bill; it refuses the extra stream.

3. Activation and delivery

Provisioning starts by itself when the gateway reports a successful payment, and the credentials reach the confirmation screen and the email address entered at checkout at the same moment. That address is yours to enter correctly. If a bank holds the payment for further verification, activation resumes without any further action from you once the hold clears.

4. How the subscription may be used

One household, for its own viewing. Reselling the line, publishing the credentials, or redistributing any stream from it ends the subscription without a refund. Sharing details outside the household is the single most common reason a line behaves as though it were faulty, because the connection count is consumed by someone you are not with.

5. What we do and do not promise about availability

We do not publish an uptime figure, because we are not in a position to measure one honestly. What we do commit to is a route out of an outage: every order is issued with more than one server address, and changing the host is documented step by step. Individual channels can be renamed, reorganised or withdrawn by the broadcaster, and a single channel disappearing is not by itself a failure of the subscription, though it is always worth reporting.

6. What is yours to provide

A device that runs a compatible player and a connection that is steady rather than merely fast - roughly 10 Mbps per HD stream and about 25 Mbps for a 4K one, with headroom for each extra connection. Faults that trace back to your own wireless network, hardware or internet provider are not faults in the service. We will still help you find them.

7. Payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars and charged by the gateway in the local-currency equivalent. Each term is paid once at the start. Nothing renews automatically, no card is stored against your account, and no card number reaches this site at any point.

8. Suspension

A line may be suspended where these terms are breached, where an order is fraudulent, or where a chargeback is raised without contacting us first. The last of those is worth avoiding on practical grounds as well as contractual ones: it is a far slower route to your money than asking.

9. Refunds

The refund window and the cases it covers are set out separately, in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes, and how to reach us

These terms may be revised. The version published here when you order is the version that applies to that order, and the date at the top of this page is when the wording was last changed. Questions go to support@4kzone.site or to the WhatsApp number on the contact page, with the TRXA- order number if the question is about a specific subscription.
