Trex IPTV help centre: every question, answered once
Twenty questions below, in the order people actually ask them - starting with whether this is legitimate and ending with why a picture breaks up. If yours is not here, the contact page has the two routes that reach a person.
Set up a device
Six platforms, one page each, none of them longer than a single sitting.
Nothing will play
A full list with dead channels behind it points at the server address, not the account.
Renew a subscription
Only the expiry date moves. Credentials survive a renewal, so no screen needs revisiting.
Message a human
Email and WhatsApp, both read by a person seven days a week. No reply-time figure is published here, deliberately.
Every question, in the order they arrive
Is Trex IPTV legit and safe to use?
It is a real subscription with a named primary domain, trex-iptv.site, and a small set of sibling sites the footer links to. Orders placed here complete on trex.iptv.ad and produce an order number beginning TRXA-, which is the record that proves the purchase. Two practical safety rules: nobody legitimate ever needs your account password, and a permanent subscription priced below what the bandwidth alone would cost does not add up.
What is Trex IPTV, and what actually arrives after I pay?
It is a streaming subscription delivered as text, not hardware. What reaches you is a server address, a username and a password - or, on a MAG order, a portal URL tied to the box MAC address. Nothing is posted and nobody visits. Those details go on the confirmation screen and to the email address given at checkout at the same moment.

How much does Trex IPTV cost?
Five terms, each paid once at the start: one month $10.99, three months $25.00, six months $35.00, twelve months $55.00 and twenty-four months $90.00. There is no monthly cycle running underneath, no card kept on file and no automatic renewal. Every term opens on the same catalogue, so the shorter ones are not a reduced version of the service.

Is there a Trex IPTV free trial, and how long is it?
No, there is no free trial on this site, and we would rather say so plainly than run you through a form that ends in a sales message. The one-month term at $10.99 is the intended way to test the service, and the refund terms cover the case where it cannot be made to work at all. Anywhere advertising free Trex codes is not us.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment cards, taken on the gateway checkout rather than on this site, with your bank handling verification. Prices are quoted in US dollars and your card is charged the local-currency equivalent. No card number ever reaches us: what comes back is whether the payment succeeded and a transaction reference against your TRXA- order.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within seven days of the order date, where the service cannot be made to work and the cause is on our side. Raise it by email or WhatsApp with the TRXA- number and what you already tried; a decision follows within two working days and an approved refund returns to the original card, typically in five to ten working days. The full wording is on the refund page.

How fast is activation after payment?
Automatic, and normally finished before you have stopped reading the confirmation screen. The activation panel builds the line as soon as the gateway reports a successful payment, so no one has to read an email first. What delays it is a bank pausing the payment for extra verification, and activation carries on by itself the moment that clears.
What happens if my line stops working?
Check one thing first: does the channel list still load? A list that appears while nothing opens means the account authenticated, which rules out expiry and a wrong password at once, and the server address is what to change. Your order carries more than one - http://line.txteditors.site and the rest - and they are interchangeable. If the list does not load either, check the expiry date, then the details character by character.

Which devices are supported?
Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android phones, tablets and Android TV boxes, Samsung and LG smart televisions, MAG and Formuler set-top boxes, Windows and macOS computers, and iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Each of those has its own page under setup, written with the real menu names rather than a generic install. Enigma2 receivers work too, through a standard playlist.

Which apps or players work with Trex IPTV?
Any player that accepts Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U link. The apps page carries the Android and Fire TV installer and the Windows build, with the Downloader code for the TV sticks. On Samsung and LG you install a player from the television app store instead; on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV you use an App Store player, because Apple does not permit sideloading.
How do I set up Trex IPTV on a Fire Stick?
Turn on apps from unknown sources, install the Downloader app, enter the code printed on our apps page, and let it fetch the player. Then open the player and type the server address, username and password from your order. The Fire Stick guide takes it screen by screen. One tip worth more than the rest: these sticks have no ethernet port, and the small adapter that adds one settles more stuttering than any setting.

Can I watch on more than one device at once?
Only up to the number of connections bought at checkout. Installations are not counted - put a player on six devices if it suits you - but each simultaneous stream takes a slot, and the limit is applied at the server rather than in the app. That is why exceeding it often produces no clear error, just a stream that refuses to begin.

What is the difference between Xtream Codes, M3U and MAG?
Xtream and M3U carry the same three values; the difference is shape. Xtream takes the address, username and password separately and fetches the catalogue in pieces as you browse, which is why it is the better choice where a player offers both. M3U folds the same values into one playlist link and loads the whole list up front. MAG is different in kind: nothing is installed and the box MAC address is the credential.
What internet speed do I need?
About 10 Mbps per simultaneous stream for HD and roughly 25 Mbps for a 4K feed, so a two-connection household wants headroom above that rather than exactly that. Steadiness matters more than the headline figure: buffering is far more often latency, jitter and packet loss than a shortage of bandwidth, which is why a cable to the router beats a faster tariff.
Do I need a VPN?
Not for the subscription to work, and we do not sell one or bundle one. Some people use a VPN because their internet provider throttles or interferes with streaming traffic, and in that case it can help. It can equally make things worse by adding a longer route and more jitter, so if you are troubleshooting, test with it switched off before anything else.
How do I renew Trex IPTV?
Use the renew form with your existing username rather than placing a fresh order, which would build a second separate line alongside the first. A renewal is an extension: the expiry date moves out and the username, password and server address all stay as they are, so no device in the house needs touching. Renew a few days early - extending a live line is immediate, waking a lapsed one is not always.

Is Trex IPTV support available 24/7?
No, and we would rather not print a number we cannot keep. Support is two people rather than a call centre: email support@4kzone.site and WhatsApp on +1 581 781 1218, both read by a person, seven days a week including weekends, though not through the night. A message with the TRXA- number, the device and the channel name usually settles in one reply instead of four.
Can I change my region or the adult setting after ordering?
Yes, at no charge, but by asking rather than by a switch in the account. Region ordering and the adult flag are set at checkout and a renewal carries them forward unchanged, deliberately: a renewal that quietly reshaped your account would be worse behaviour than one that does not. Send the TRXA- number and what you want changed.
Why is my programme guide empty on some channels?
The schedule arrives as a separate XMLTV dataset joined to the channel list by an identifier, so a channel with nothing at all behind it has usually had its identifier drift after a broadcaster rename. Tell us which channel and it gets remapped. If instead every programme on every channel is out by the same fixed number of hours, that is your device timezone converting the times, not the data.

Why is playback buffering?
Work outward. One channel poor while the rest are perfect is that channel being re-encoded or fed from a degraded source, which sits above your router and your account - send the name as your app prints it. Everything poor on one device is that room, and a cable is the strongest single fix. Everything poor everywhere is the server address, so change the host before assuming worse.

Talk to a person
Send two things and the first reply can be a fix rather than a question: the TRXA- number, and what the failing screen is plugged into. A Samsung player and a MAG portal share almost none of their settings, so without the second detail the answer has to cover both and helps neither.
