Trex IPTV privacy policy

Who this covers
Anyone who places an order, opens an account or sends a message on trex.iptv.ad. An order placed through a reseller sits in that reseller records, not in ours.
What an order collects
The minimum a subscription needs: a name, an email address, a phone number and a country, the TRXA- order itself, and the technical settings attached to it - term, connection count, region, delivery method. A MAG order also holds the box MAC address, because on a MAG portal that address is what the service authenticates against.
What is never collected
Card numbers. The payment happens on the gateway, and what returns to us is a success or failure flag and a transaction reference. There is no viewing history on this site either: what you open in a player is not reported back here, and there is no advertising or analytics profile built against your account.
Why it is held
To provision the line, to send the credentials, to renew a term when you ask, to answer support messages with your order in front of us, and to keep the transaction records any business has to keep.
Cookies
One, and only after you sign in or place an order. It holds a random session token rather than anything about you, and it is set HttpOnly and Secure so page scripts cannot read it. There is no advertising cookie and no tracking cookie on this site. If analytics is ever switched on here, this section is updated before that build goes live.
Who else sees it
The payment gateway, so a payment can be taken, and the activation panel, so a line can be built. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to advertisers, and nothing is shared with the other brands operated alongside this one.
How long it is kept
Account and order records stay while the account is in use and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. Ask us to delete the account and we will, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
Your rights, and how to use them
Ask for a copy of what is held, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email support@4kzone.site from the address on the order so we can match the request to the right record without asking you for anything further.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read back by anyone here, which is also why nobody working on support will ever ask you for one. Access to customer records is limited to the people answering the messages.
